After-sales service

Before returning a damaged product to Optimal Tracking, firstly you must start by contacting Optimal Tracking in order to explain your problem. This contact may be made by telephone, email or letter.

If Optimal Tracking’s technical services feel that the product should be returned to them, you will be given a return code.

You will then have to return the product in its original packaging. It should be accompanied by all its accessories.

The return code must be shown clearly on the parcel.

As soon as the parcel is received, our technical services will analyse the product.

If the guarantee referred to in paragraph 9.0 of the General Sales Conditions applies, it will be repaired or exchanged free of charge.

If this is not the case, an estimate for repairs will be sent to you free of charge. You will then have the choice of:

Refusing the estimate. The product will be returned to you at your own cost.

Accepting the estimate. The repair will start as soon as we have received your payment. The product will be returned to you once it has been repaired.
